COMINAD believes that teamwork will help bring about change. To this end, COMINAD has established a training program, designed to teach pastors and church leaders, nationally, how to organize missions. They in turn will use this information and training to teach others.

Over the next two years, COMINAD's goal is to train more than 100 pastors and church leaders to become associates. A trained associate participates as a team instructor in COMINAD's seminars and assists other pastors and church leaders in developing the global involvement role of their local church.

Become a COMINAD associate NOW! We are looking for pastors and other church leaders who demonstrate the following criteria:

• Commitment to the word of God ("The Bible") as God's only written revelation to mankind.
• Have the gift of teaching
• Demonstrates a passion for souls
• Ability to devote four to six weekends a year to consult with church leaders

Associate Training

There are two tracks available to train as an Associate.

TRACK ONE: Teaching at weekend seminars

Classroom training lasts three days. This training consisting of an overview of the teaching material, presentation mechanics, and mentoring service process. You are given teaching materials and resource manuals to aid your service as a COMINAD member.

Field training consists of; attendance at two weekend seminars and one Leadership seminar with a COMINAD Mission consultant. You will observe and participate in teaching various sessions during the weekend seminars.

TRACK TWO: Mentoring Pastors & Church Leaders

Classroom training is covered during Track One and Mentoring service manuals are provided.

Field training consists of; attendance at four mentoring service visits and one Global Impact Conference with a COMINAD Mission Consultant. You will observe and participate in teaching various aspects of the mentoring process during these meetings.

NOTE: The pastor/church leader accepted as an associate is provided both classroom and field training.

Associate Certification

Upon completion of the training in Track One, you will be certified as a COMINAD Member. Certification will be effective for two years. The certified Associate is expected to participate in a minimum of four weekend seminars per calendar year. COMINAD and the regional Mission Consultant will coordinate participation in future seminars.

Track Two is an additional certification.
