William Bill Thomas is an international evangelist who has been living in Europe for the past 40 years. Bill has ministered in 59 countries, holding evangelistic missions and training seminars in English, French and Spanish. Both Bill and Mrs. Thomas were appointed missionaries with the ABFMS (International Ministries) in 1972, and were seconded to the international Fellowship of Evangelical Students for service in Europe for almost a decade. During a time of limited financial resources for International Ministries, the Thomases were released as ABC missionaries. They have continued to serve the mission of Christ throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and in the United States while based in Strasbourg, France.

Bill represents the Bill Thomas Evangelistic Association which ministers through international, cross-cultural, local church and mass campaigns, in small towns and large cities throughout the world. He is jointly appointed with International Ministries and the Bill Thomas Evangelistic Association at the invitation of the Federation of Evangelical Baptist Churches of France to serve in France. He works with the Federation to train pastors and church leaders in evangelism and discipleship and to engage in direct evangelistic preaching events. Bill is able to accept invitations to do evangelism and leadership training also with groups outside the French Federation, including local American Baptist churches.
